Oltman Swanepoel is a geologist for Axiom with a B.Sc. in Geology and Physics and a B.Sc. Honors in Geology from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in South Africa. He has 15 years of experience in geology, including mapping, soil sampling, drill programme management, core logging, and report writing. Additionally, he has 9 years of experience in environmental geology, focusing on environmental geological reports, environmental impact assessment reports, scoping reports, and environmental audit reports in the South African mining and prospecting industry. Oltman also has hands-on experience with ground physical surveys, including magnetic and gravity surveys. He has experience in planning and managing the logistical, costing, budgeting, and personnel aspects, as well as the execution of geophysical and geological surveys. He has worked in various African countries and Canada.
