Dr. Navdeep Toor, P.Chem., serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Axiom Group, bringing over 25 years of multi-jurisdictional and multi-disciplinary environmental science, engineering, and corporate management experience across Western Canada. A distinguished Senior Environmental Scientist, Dr. Toor holds a B.Sc. in Biology and a Ph.D. in Environmental Toxicology. His technical areas of expertise include water quality and management, aquatic ecology, environmental toxicology, and provincial and federal environmental impact assessments. He balances these advanced capabilities with a proven record of integrating remote sensing, satellite/UAV data analytics, and machine learning models across the energy, mining, forestry, and agricultural sectors.

 

In his role as Chief Operating Officer, Dr. Toor leverages this deep technical foundation to spearhead strategic planning, implementation, and overall business growth. He is responsible for financial, business expansion, and operations management, driving organizational alignment and operational excellence across progressive workflows. His leadership reflects decades of experience in executive roles navigating complex consulting, petroleum, and mineral exploration sectors. A registered Professional Chemist (P.Chem.) in British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan, he also serves as a designated Qualified Person (QP) under the Government of Saskatchewan Environmental Code.
