Monique Korn is a Field Technician with hands-on experience supporting mineral exploration programs across remote and challenging environments. She has contributed to electromagnetic (EM) and gravity surveys, where her attention to detail and commitment to data quality help ensure reliable field results. From geophysical data collection and validation to equipment deployment and field logistics, Monique plays an important role in keeping exploration programs running efficiently.
Safety is central to Monique’s approach to fieldwork. She is experienced in conducting daily Field Level Risk Assessments (FLRAs) and is comfortable working in rugged terrain while maintaining a strong focus on safe, effective operations. Her background in wildfire suppression and crew leadership has further strengthened her ability to work collaboratively, adapt to changing conditions, and remain calm under pressure.
Monique also brings an interdisciplinary perspective through her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Environmental Studies, combining technical field experience with an appreciation for environmental stewardship and responsible resource development.
