Mikaela obtained her B.Sc. Honours degree in Geology from the University of Saskatchewan in 2018. She is currently a Senior Geologist with Axiom Exploration group and a registered Professional Geoscientist with APEGS and EngGeoMb. 

Mikaela has worked across Canada (SK, BC, MB, and QC) and Nevada on multiple greenfields, brownfields, and pre-mine feasibility projects in commodities and deposit styles such as pegmatite hosted rare metals (LCT and REE), unconformity hosted uranium, sediment-hosted and orogenic gold, VMS copper-zinc-gold, and porphyry copper. She has experience in project management, exploration and infill drilling, geological mapping and prospecting, data interpretation and analysis, ArcGIS, QGIS, Leapfrog, ioGAS, and assessment reporting and compilation.
