Ms. Mayra Zuniga earned her M.Sc. in Geological Sciences from the University of Saskatchewan in 2021. Currently serving as an Intermediate Geologist with Axiom Exploration Group, she is also a registered Geologist-in-Training with Engineers & Geoscientists British Columbia (EGBC). Mayra boasts a robust professional background, having worked extensively across Western, Eastern and Central Canada, as well as internationally. Her experience encompasses various exploration projects, ranging from grassroots to pre-mine feasibility, covering commodities such as sediment and orogenic gold, VMS copper-zinc-gold, among others. Proficient in project management, exploration, 3D geological modeling, core logging, geological mapping, prospecting, data interpretation, and analysis, Mayra is well-versed in utilizing tools like QGIS, Leapfrog and ioGAS. Additionally, she excels in assessment reporting and compilation.
