Lynde received her B.Sc. from the University of Saskatchewan in Geological Sciences and has been actively involved in the mineral exploration industry for 10+ years. She is registered as a Professional Geologist with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan (APEGS), Professional Geoscientists Ontario (PGO), and Engineers Geoscientists Manitoba.

Lynde has been involved in projects across Canada (SK, MB, BC, ON, YT) ranging from green-fields exploration to brownfields drilling and pre-mine feasibility. She has worked in various commodities including LCT pegmatites, placer and lode gold, uranium, VMS copper-zinc, porphyry copper, sediment hosted copper, cobalt, and PGEs. Her experience includes project management, target generation, exploration and resource drilling, geological mapping and prospecting, data compilation and interpretation, as well as technical reporting.
