Lisa Phillips is an experienced and dedicated SHEQ Manager with 16 years of experience in health and safety, spanning the Oil and Gas and Municipal sectors. In the Oil and Gas industry, she excelled for eight years in instrumentation monitoring and as a Health and Safety Advisor, developing expertise in managing safety systems in high-risk environments. Transitioning to the Municipal sector for another eight years, she further honed her skills in public safety management. 

Lisa holds a National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) designation, showcasing her proficiency in construction safety. Her academic journey includes a Jazz Diploma from Malaspina University-College and a Bachelor of Music from St. Francis Xavier University, reflecting her diverse interests and adaptability. 

Her early volunteer work as a firefighter and First Responder deeply influenced her passion for safety and prevention, shaping her career in creating safer workplaces. Lisa’s unique blend of technical safety knowledge, hands-on experience, and academic background positions her as a highly effective SHEQ Manager in her current role.
