Joshua has a B.Sc. (Hons) in Earth Science from Brock University and is an accredited GIT with the PGO. His most recent experience is in geophysical data processing for airborne surveys (magnetic surveys, EM and radiometrics) and research and development of marine based magnetometers and geophysical data processing software and app development.

Joshua developed a dipole modelling app for clients to better understand geophysical survey results, led several airborne projects for international clients and developed and implemented a new company-wide map-making procedure to improve efficiency and results.
