Euston is an experienced exploration geologist with strong strategic and business acumen. His geosciences and operational skillset have been honed across both onshore and offshore projects in Africa and North America. He has led diverse teams on multiple projects, which has grounded his management aptitude.  His technical skills include field-based exploration techniques such as mapping, core-and-chip logging, sampling, managing geophysical surveys as well as report writing. His soft skills include building and maintaining relationships, negotiation, and conflict resolution. Euston completed a full-time MBA in 2019 at the University of Cape Town with the intention of pivoting his career towards business strategy and development, building upon his exploration geology foundation. 

Euston is analytical, adaptive and persevering when it comes to problem-solving and enjoys being challenged. His business ethics are based on the kaizen philosophy of continuous improvement, being customer-centric and assisting clients to achieve their goals. He adds the most value in roles where his geosciences and business experience intersect.
