Brandon Palos graduated from Queen’s University in 2025 with a degree in Engineering Physics, specializing in Mechanical Engineering. He has been working in field geophysics since 2021, gaining hands-on experience throughout his undergraduate studies and continuing into full-time field programs after graduation.
Brandon specializes in gravity surveys and has experience leading extended field programs, including a seven-week gravity survey. He is highly familiar with the collection and pre-processing of gravity and GNSS data, as well as the logistics required to plan and execute survey collection across varied terrain. His experience includes coordinating ground and air transportation to, from, and within survey grids, supporting efficient and accurate field operations.
Outside of work, Brandon enjoys tennis, swimming, hiking, and sprinting. He also has a strong interest in mathematics, classic literature, and computers.
