Dr. Brandon Chase comes from a dual geology and geophysics educational background and has experience working in academia, government, and the private sector. He is experienced with electromagnetic and potential fields methods. He is highly experienced in executing magnetotellurics (MT) surveys, having led and planned surveys from the local to continental scale. He currently maintains the collection of regional long-period MT data across Saskatchewan and Manitoba to aid in mineral exploration. His doctoral research focused on using continental-scale MT data to investigate transcontinental lithosphere structure to understand mineral systems. He focuses on modelling and joint interpretation of geophysical, geologic, and geochemical data. Through the integration of these datasets, he seeks to create comprehensive models for the mineral exploration industry. At Axiom Exploration Group, he is focused on being a bridge between these distinct datasets and professions to narrow search criteria and improve exploration outcomes.
