Mr. Toor is a senior technical and management professional with over 19 years of multi-jurisdictional (BC, AB, SK, MB, ON, YT) and multi-disciplinary environmental science and engineering experience. Mr. Toor holds a B.Sc. in Biology and a Ph.D. in Environmental Toxicology and is a registered Professional Chemist with the Association of the Chemical Profession of Alberta and British Columbia.

His areas of expertise include water management, water quality, aquatic ecology and toxicology, human and ecological risk assessment, analytical chemistry, environmental impact assessment and protection, and statistical analysis. In addition to his broad technical capabilities, Mr. Toor has experience with strategic planning and implementation, and financial, business, and operations management in progressive roles for various environmental and engineering consultancies, and petroleum and mineral exploration organizations.
