AXIOM’s Exploration division has multi-jurisdictional experience managing on-going lithium projects across Eastern Canada. Our staff are specialized in the field of rare-element pegmatite exploration and development and are well-positioned to tackle lithium exploration programs as the global demand for critical minerals associated with these deposits continuous to increase.

To date, AXIOM has worked in multiple Canadian provinces and numerous pegmatite fields. We have exposure to various rare-element pegmatite types and multiple commodities such as LCT-enriched (Lithium- Cesium-Tantalum), and NYF-enriched (Niobium-Yttrium- Fluorine) that are associated with rare earth elements Uranium, and Thorium.

AXIOM is actively managing numerous projects at various stages of development ranging from historic data compilation and project generation to grassroots exploration projects, and multi-stage drill programs consisting of historic resource verification and delineation.

AXIOM’s Geophysics and Remote Sensing division has completed multiple Airborne Magnetics (e.g., helicopter-borne and UAV), high-resolution LiDAR, and satellite surveys consisting of acquisition, processing, and analysis (for satellite surveys this includes analysis
of synthetic aperture radar data and multispectral Sentinel & Aster data with accompanying structural interpretation and target generation).

Lithium-Specific Service Offerings

• Gradient Aeromagnetic/Radiometrics/LiDAR Surveys:
  3-in-1 Helicopter-borne survey to assist in identifying regional structural trends and localized controls of pegmatite bodies, delineate intrusions versus country rock, map rare-element spectra, and identify outcroppings and drainage patterns.
• Fractionation Studies:
  The economic potential of individual pegmatites can be established by geochemical means, and this becomes increasingly important in unexplored pegmatite fields or partially outcropping pegmatites. By analyzing blocky k-feldspar, muscovite, and whole-rock the following ratios can be calculated to determine the fractionation level and potential to host mineralization of individual pegmatite bodies:

• Hyperspectral Satellite Analysis:
  Satellite data acquisition and analysis including but not limited to: Multispectral and Hyperspectral – Aperture Radar, Sentinel, Aster). Axiom has a large spectral mineral library and proprietary processing algorithms that have proven to be a valuable macro vectoring tool. We can also combine our analysis with AI, ML, and DL to create analogues of proximal/known successes and search for those features on the property of interest.
